Organizational Employment is a comprehensive, individualized service for individuals whose primary goal is to maintain long term employment either within one of the JVS Work/Employment Centers or in a long term JVS Mobile Crew/Enclave. The individual in this service performs jobs subcontracted with local businesses and may participate in educational and skill development groups as well as vocational case management. Specific program goals relate to increasing wages, skills, productivity, dignity and worth. The JVS Case Management staff continues to explore the possibility of community employment or other community based services with each consumer served through OES on at least an annual basis.

These services are available in both the JVS Cincinnati and Butler County offices.
