Job Coaching

Job Coaching offers the services of trained job coaches for individuals placed in competitive employment or into an educational or rehabilitation program. Services can include travel training, on-the-job training, work adjustment training, behavior modification, and consumer advocacy. The job coach works one-on-one with the participant and the employer at or away from the work site. Involvement of the job coach diminishes once the individual sufficiently masters the job and demonstrates appropriate behaviors. Job coaches are available to individuals on short notice for relatively brief and/or long periods of time and on any shift and weekends.
